I wish to open an acct on line with you folks. Does that work?

I am totally displeased and have been lied to from this branch. I had sizable check deposited now 10 days ago that has yet to hit my account. I was told it would be there by the end of today. I have been a member for over 15 years, have never bounced a check, and kept well above minimum I account. They wanted to gain interest off my check and have yet to give me access to the funds. I have now lost money, because I am unable to use my funds to invest. I think I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

I am a long-time customer of Zions Bank (like 40 years). This is my first complaint I just went through the drive-up to cash a check at the Foothill location. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. The teller made me feel like I was unwelcome and actually putting her out to help me. She did not greet me, she did not smile, she made me wait 9 minutes, she did not thank me. She threw my money in the drawer and said here is your money (her only words). I began to thank her, but she was already walking away with a scowl on her face. I only wish I were a secret shopper. What happened to those days when customer service meant everything? I am sad for this poor lady who hates her job. She was not wearing a name tag and her name was not in the window. I only knew she was a bit older, short, with dark hair. Walked into no redwood Rd branch with a check for $430.000 to deposit in a high interest cd account. There wasn't anyone in bank. The teller asked if we could wait awhile. We waited until he came out with a piece of paper telling us to go to another branch. We went across the street to Mountain America credit union. They welcomed us and earned our business.

Horrible branch and if your not hispanic then they will treat you horrible I have gone there and every time i am mistreated. Its lovely when the bank teller turns her back to you to talk to her friend in spanish. They are all talking to each other as if one person in the lobby is to many customers.

This bank is never open on Saturday even if you say it is.

Zions Bank is the best. I needed to set up an account quickly. I just walked in and in 12 minutes I had the account. I needed to sell 173 US Savings Bonds. They worked tirelessly to do all the work paperwork for me and made it effortless. I needed six medallion certifications for some financial transactions. No problem. I like the fact that you can walk in and get your business done, without waiting for weeks for an appointment. Rock is the best branch manager and his assistant Mikay'l walks on water. Well done, Zions!

Worst customer service ever! They treat people horribly, if you are not a members and just need to cash a check that a member gave you. Every worker there is arrogant and have no issues being mean but they cannot handle the same energy back at them. Don't go to this place and I say people close their account and go to a credit union. I found out zions bank is the worst at hidden fees and scamming peoples accounts. If anyone gets a check from zions, just take it to Fred Meyer and save $.50 because it's cheaper to go to a check cashing place, then zions. Zions is a scam and I hope karma ends up shutting them down and that all the workers go through hard times because that's what they said to me, they don't care how hard things are, they only care about their money

I am from Missoula Mt and got lost trying to find ACE Hardware a few days ago, so I stopped in your business for some help. They were not busy at the moment and two of your tellers jumped in to help. One gentlemen even made a phone call and got me directions. I just want to thank you folks for taking care of me in a very professional manner. Tim Hammond.

This is a great bank, they're very efficient, precise with our accounts for over 20 years and the employees are very friendly and efficient.

Called yesterday to open online banking Dianna said she could NOT help because the lobby is closed! She gave me the 800 run around #. They said go to your bank / Rigby to have them help ! Bottom line Dianna is NOT HELPFULL!

On my recent visit to Zions Bank, Colby Drake and the Enterprise team were courteous, efficient and radiated a spirit of genuine interest in helping me work through my transactions which included a new loan and notary needs. It was so nice to get everything I needed done in one place. I would definiately recommend this bank!
