Branch Reviews & Complaints
Walked into no redwood Rd branch with a check for $430.000 to deposit in a high interest cd account. There wasn't anyone in bank. The teller asked if we could wait awhile. We waited until he came out with a piece of paper telling us to go to another branch. We went across the street to Mountain America credit union. They welcomed us and earned our business.
Horrible branch and if your not hispanic then they will treat you horrible I have gone there and every time i am mistreated. Its lovely when the bank teller turns her back to you to talk to her friend in spanish. They are all talking to each other as if one person in the lobby is to many customers.
