History Of Woodhaven Bank
Woodhaven Bank was established on June 7, 1983, as Woodhaven National Bank. Over the years, it underwent several changes in name and regulatory status. On June 30, 2016, the institution changed its name to Woodhaven Bank, transitioned to a State Chartered Bank, and withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System, subsequently designating the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as its primary federal regulatory agency.
