Tried to call the local branch but the local 281 number goes overseas, and trying to get in touch with the actual local office is impossible. I called twice trying to be transferred but both times I was placed in hold limbo after going through 2 agents to get to a "senior supervisor." All I wanted was to call the local office. Their customer phone service is dismal.
