My name is Mary Sanchez and I had closed my bank card account on September 8th 2022 cuz I dispute it two items on my account that I did not authorize so they owed me back $48.05. Got that back on the 16th of September and then another dispute came on my card of $101.55. I defeat that one also and finally got that card turned off but it should have been turned off on the 8th not sure why this thing tell her did not close that account so they could not take money out of my account again without my authorization. Now I have overdraft fees and late fees because I went to Burger King with my grandkids to eat and they overdraft twice. I've tried several times to call your bank and all you do is give me the runaround. I just want to get this thing solved now before my SSID check goes in tomorrow. I do not want to pay these late fees cuz I have money in my account and it's not my fault that the lady did not cut that card up so they couldn't get back into my account again. Please someone reach out to me my number *** and my name is Mary Sanchez please I need to get this situation fixed now.
