Windsor Federal Bank is a financial institution that was established on January 1, 1935, originally under the name Windsor Federal Savings and Loan Association. Over the decades, the bank has undergone several changes in both name and organizational structure. On June 1, 2000, it changed its organization type to a Stock Savings & Loan. In more recent years, on July 21, 2011, the bank's primary federal regulatory agency switched to The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. The institution rebranded to its current name, Windsor Federal Bank, on September 20, 2023.
