Whitaker Bank is a financial institution based in Lexington, Kentucky, with a history that dates back to its establishment on April 19, 1990, originally named The National Bank of Corinth. Over the years, the bank has undergone several name changes and acquisitions. It was rebranded as Whitaker Bank, National Association, on October 8, 1993, and subsequently restructured on May 3, 2004, becoming a state-chartered bank and changing its name to simply Whitaker Bank.
