Westbury Bank is a financial institution established on January 1, 1926, originally named West Bend Savings and Loan Association. Over its history, the bank has undergone several name and structural changes. In 1991, it was rebranded as West Bend Savings Bank and subsequently underwent further transformations, including a change to mutual savings bank status. On November 9, 2001, it updated its designation to a Federal Savings Bank and changed its organization type to Stock Savings Bank. Following regulatory shifts, on June 29, 2018, Westbury Bank transitioned to a commercial bank regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and became a state-chartered institution not a member of the Federal Reserve System. In 2008, the bank expanded by acquiring Continental Savings Bank, and in 2009, it adopted its current name, Westbury Bank.
