For tax reasons, I needed to find a cancelled check from my grandfather's closed checking account, and they were very willing to help. The first person on the phone was able and willing to help me, and she quickly found the needed document. She was so pleasant, and I am very impressed. Excellent customer service!!

Easy bank to work with and they make everything plain and simple to understand.

We were referred to a lender at this office to secure a home loan. At first, the lender was informative and helpful. That is until we asked for a cost comparison outlining all fees and informed her that we were shopping around for the best option possible and trying to make an informed decision on a very important purchase. You'd think that would be reasonable, but no. She became very defensive and accused us of trying to pit agents against each other while saying that her time is extremely valuable (clearly much more important than our time). She had the gaul to tell us "never in my twenty years of lending has anyone ever done this and asked for so much information". Well, Debbie, never have I experienced such a paramount lack of professionalism and customer service. Needless to say, we chose another lender that had competitive rates and didn't consider us a waste of time. My recommendation? Don't waste YOUR time or money with this bank.

It would be helpful to know the Drive Through hours. It is not liste on the website.

The Troy hill branch has a very friendly staff and one of the cleanest and well kept on the outside branch's I have been too!
