Very very poor service, I went into the bank on south fl ave to cash a check, it was my paycheck, for in home care, witch was a good amount on the check, I gave the check to the teller and my ID, she asked for more proof of ID, so I gave her my birth certificate, then as she looked at the check she seen that it was posted dated for a few days later, and said she couldn't cash it because it was posted dated, and to come back with the right date on it, so I went back to the women who wright's my check to me, and she wrote me a nother check, so I go back to the bank to get it cashed, I see the same teller that said she couldn't cash a posted dated check, so anyhow I gave her my ID and birth certificate again and a new check with the right date on it, then she said I can't cash this check, with your ID and a birth certificate, the names don't match, I said we'll two weeks ago there was no problem cashing it with my ID and birth certificate here, and the Wells Fargo on Tennessee Ave cashed my check last week with the same things, my ID and birthday certificate, I told the teller that my pocket book was stolen recently and I'm trying to get all my paper work that I list back again, she still said she couldn't cash my check I need more proof of ID, oh witch she seen what I had for cashing the check with, when she said my first check was posted dated to get a nother check, that wasn't posted dated, she had my birth certificate looking at it also but does not tell me that she can't use it, witch thay did at that bank and the one on Tennessee Ave prior to this visit to there bake, so off I go again home to find more proof of who I am, so I get back to the bank 3 times here now, and now I have my ID, my birth certificate, my marriage license, a paper from the DMV, stating I was issued an ID, my last year's tax papers, and a copy that I had laminated my s.s number in, but it was a print out copy of my s.s number, because I hadn't had time to get the card from s.s office, but it was a copy and had my name signed on the card .so I am at the same teller again, thay we're not busy . Anyhow I handed all my stuff to this teller, and said surely you should be able to cash my check now, with all the proof I have here, and I'm at this point a little pissed for so many trips back and forth, I also add that maybe she may want to take copy of my info so I don't have to go thru this next time I come in here to cash my checks, so she takes all my papers I have brought in and said let me see if we can use any of this stuff, then she's gone for about 20 min, there was no one in the bank in line when I went in there's two tellers, one was working the drive thur, so now she leaves me standing there and starts waiting on the drive thru, and still does not come back to address me ... nothing I'm timing the time I'm standing there 20 mins, then the supervisor of the teller comes to me and said thay cannot cash my check, I said you have got to be kidding, she said no and hand me all my paper work back and I said why can you not cash my check, she just walks away and as she's walking away said have a nice day .... so I said I was gonna open a account here when I had time to but I have been so busy at the time, .. and I added but now you couldn't pay me to open an account with this bank and the services you get here, and I walked out of the bank, I go to bank on Tennessee Ave with all my papers in hand and he said I don't need all this just this and he grabs my ID and a copy of my s.s card and cashes my check... very rude people, I will never step foot in that bank again and tell every one I know that banks there the same thing...
