Sold my car to Carvana. Went in to cash my check that is written THROUGH Wells Fargo on a Wednesday. They verified the check but said they didn't have the $$ on hand to cash the check that they would have to 'order' it. Today is the end of the following Tuesday and still no call. When I was on location, I inquired about opening an acct to deposit the money/check so I could have a portion available after 'x' amount of days but they said I had to 'have an appt' to OPEN an account.. This was all around 2pm. Noone offered to set me up an appointment. I've never seen a bank that the money had to be ordered. It's literally a little over $10,000. It's not a huge amount. I wish I could speak to management. Like top management. Not local. What kind of bank is this????
