Branch Reviews & Complaints
Arrogant Covert Narcissistic Branch Manager.. Ever since there's been a high turnover at this location, I've noticed a lack of teller discretion, customer service, empathy, and the manager comprehending this. I truly try to avoid Cristian D. Rodriguez's Branch due to his severe passive aggressive need to gaslight me. After discussing this with other family/friends in the area, it's been made clear I'm not the only one.
When I started with Wachovia back in July 2009 and after going through the merge w/ Wells Fargo, not only did I have my documents with my last name having a D at the end, but I also NEVER have an issue until there's an emergency and I have to visit this branch. This is the ONLY branch I nearly have to beg to get my transaction done over one letter at the end of my name. Mind you, I travel throughout Florida and visit many WF locations nationwide.
The new teller Delores and the manager are so paranoid that they lack in teller discretion, empathy, customer service, and comprehension of what it means to have a well known customer even after asking me security questions. This the second time, I felt forced and cornered into adding the T at the end of my last name which is truly a D but I didn't have my passport. With narcissistic tendencies, the manager likes cornering people into doing things they are not comfortable with just to complete their transaction and leave. It's a manipulative, cold, and very uncomfortable. I've explained to them several times, the error started from when I was born which caused some of my documents to have D and some have T at the end but it's really with a D and I'm not going back to France after having been here my entire life for one letter. When Cristian tried to deny me service, I did become angry and used the F word because he did not care KNOWING who I am as a regular customer. He did not care I came in at 4:04pm as there was not a line so he took advantage of trying to debate me 4:30- 4:40 instead of completing the transaction. Afterwards, he had the audacity to try forcing me to set an appointment at another branch after stealing 45mins of my time. A 10-15 minute transaction took an hour from 4:04-5:05pm. He tried to play victim for me using the F-word at the fact that he have no respect for customer's time, history, and much more. I did apologize for it blurting out my mouth after being gaslit.
Employees like this makes it hard for us to trust keeping Money Market Savings Accounts and 401K at the bank. I would love to sit with Cristian and his superiors to review written policy and procedures, teller discretion, customer service, and respect of well known customers time even in regards to a ONE LETTER DIFFERENCE in my name Richemond/ Richemont in one of the conference rooms. Not only was I forced to do this and inconvienced due to their lack of empathy, but now I have to inconveniently bring in documents to have it changed back again to Richemond.
Also, if your team can not function and make decisions even without you there then the militant boss route isn't beneficial for the company. Leaders with efficiency, sense, and empathy get their team progressing better than a boss with a militant attitude pretending he doesn't know his customers and their case by case situations.
Please let me know when we can have this conference whether it be in person, via zoom, or just over the phone. I should not be on the Do Not Call List and is awaiting a response.
