Branch Reviews & Complaints
A supervisor at the 8th and Brannan branch in San Francisco took my $51.00 cash deposit. She then claimed my legal tender money was counterfeit. I challenged her because I knew my money was not counterfeit. She insisted she had to forward my money to Wellsfargo Headquarters to let headquarters determine the legitimacy of my money because she had determined it was counterfeit. She then demanded my identification, which I denied her. I continued asking her for her business card over and over, as she was determined not to give me her business card. When she finally relented, her business card indicated her branch was the Castro branch in San Francisco, CA. I called this to her attention. She stated she transferred from the Castro branch to the 8th and Brannan branch. Then, I fully understood what she was doing. She is HOMOPHOBIC. She transferred out of the Castro branch because she's a hater of gay people, which she apparently identified me as. I suppose she thought she was doing the Lord's work by treating gay people with arrogance and destain. It's apparent she is an unclean spirit and has a dark heart and takes her issues out on the gay customers of Wellsfargo. She's quite a piece of work. Wellsfargo is represented by this kind of employee. An employee who steals money from the Wellsfargo customers that she deems street dirt or gay. She could have lived a much better and a rewarding life. she's chosen to live a life of hate and thievery that comes from her heart. Here is an old proverb that sums this lady up, "You will know them by their deeds." She provided an example to her employees. She taught a way to steal from customers, seemingly with no consequences. I do not have to name her. She will know who she is when she reads this comment. Wellsfargo needs employees who are above reproach. She is of the lowest caliber of a person as well as a representative of Wellsfargo. The public deserves better than what this Wellsfargo employee has to offer. If there was any legitimacy to her counterfeit claim, any prudent bank employee would have said nothing. They would have walked into another room and called police. She didn't.
