This is one of the best banks we had when we moved back to central Virginia. Then they were merged into Blue Ridge Bank and we had all kinds of problems (and still do). We have a phantom payment that we can't get corrected and no one knows how to correct it. It is for city of Colonial Heights utility costs for a home we no longer own. The city keeps getting payment checks which is messing up their information because there is no charge for it so they just rip up the paper check. There is an automatic attempt to pay the bill, but no bill to pay. I don't know what to do to resolve it.
