History Of Vintage Bank
Vintage Bank was established on June 13, 1900, under the name The First National Bank of Bratlett. Over the years, it underwent several name changes and structural adjustments. On April 1, 1968, the institution rebranded itself as The First Bank & Trust Company of Bratlett and transitioned to a state-chartered bank, withdrawing from the Federal Reserve System and becoming regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). In October 2001, it adopted the name Vintage Bank. The bank's main office was relocated to 300 Highway 77 in Waxahachie, Texas, in November 2003, and later to 300 U.S. Highway 77 North in Waxahachie on June 1, 2010. Ultimately, Vintage Bank merged with InterBank, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on May 9, 2015, marking the end of its operations as an independent financial institution.
