Vibra Bank was established on July 10, 2008, originally operating under its founding name. Over the years, the bank underwent several structural changes. On April 8, 2015, Vibra Bank merged with Pacific Commerce Bank, located in Los Angeles, California. Following the merger, it officially changed its name to Pacific Commerce Bank on October 18, 2016. Subsequently, on July 31, 2018, it merged with First Choice Bank in Cerritos, California. The final chapter in the bank's history occurred on July 21, 2021, when it merged with Enterprise Bank & Trust, based in Clayton, Missouri.
