Valley Republic Bank

Valley Republic Bank was established on February 2, 2009, and initially operated under that name until its merger. The bank provided a range of financial services prior to its acquisition. On March 25, 2022, Valley Republic Bank merged with Tri Counties Bank, a financial institution based in Chico, California.
