Great Bank...
i am totally frustrated with Valley Bank on Roseland Ave. in Caldwell. Too many wasted hours have been used in trying to get into my account. Unable to speak to a manager or someone with nhowledge. Sister Justine Pinto
Valley online bank has restriction on taking money from my account. $12,500 is the monthly limit and must be done four times $3,500 each time within the month.. To get $50,000.00 out from account will take 04 months. I am stuck here, so be aware of this restriction.
Our experience with Michelle and JoAnn at the Lake Hopatcong, NJ branch has influenced my husband and myself to recommend Valley to friends and family. We are always greeted with a smile and recognized by name even when they are very busy. This small branch while short staffed still treats every customer as special. I also bank at the Hasbrouck Heights, NJ and Fort Myers Fl. branch but never get the same welcome were happy you're hear feeling. Michelle and JoAnn acknowledge things they have taken the time to learn about us while being nothing short of professional and efficient. Bravo to this great team.
I'm Dennys GutiƩrrez, i set up my save card, before i travel to Colombia, i'm still in Colombia cannot use the card. Do you have web assistance?
Excellent customer service. Staff is very attentive, and helps navigate the various services and opportunities the bank has to offer.
the staff is very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with
I got a flat tire this morning while driving to work and pulled into the Valley National Bank on Livingston Ave in North Brunswick, NJ to wait for Roadside Assistance. The ETA for my assistance was one hour. I went into the bank and asked to use the restroom. The teller asked me if I had an account with the bank. I said no, but could I use it anyway. I told her I was waiting for assistance to get my tire changed. She said "sorry, our bathrooms are only for customers". I understand that you don't want your facility to become a public bathroom, but I find it hard to believe that you couldn't help out a fellow human being. Thanks for nothing!!!
