HISTORY OF VALLEY BANK

Valley Bank was established on June 9, 1989, originally named Valley Bank of Glasgow in Glasgow, Montana. The bank expanded its operations by acquiring Treasure State Bank on June 9, 1989. On September 1, 2000, Valley Bank changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve and became a state-chartered bank, officially gaining membership in the Federal Reserve System. The institution underwent a name change to Valley Bank on April 22, 1997. On October 4, 2019, Valley Bank merged with and became part of Bank of Bridger, National Association, located in Bridger, Montana.
