History Of USAA Federal Savings Bank
USAA Federal Savings Bank is a financial institution established on December 30, 1983. Originally named USAA Federal Savings Bank, it was created to provide various banking services to members of the military and their families. The bank underwent several significant changes in its history, including moving its main office first to 10750 Interstate Highway 10 West in San Antonio, Texas, on December 31, 1988, and then to 10750 McDermott Freeway in San Antonio, Texas, on April 1, 1993. On the same date in 1993, USAA Federal Savings Bank expanded its operations by acquiring Usaa Financial Services Association and Usaa Credit Card Bank, both located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The bank transitioned its trust powers from limited to full on April 19, 1995. In a regulatory change, the bank switched its primary federal regulatory agency to The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on July 21, 2011. I have been locked out of my account and when I call you won't take my call rather tell me to submit photo identification proving in me.
