Branch Reviews & Complaints
As a member of private banking one would have the expectation that quality of customer services would be a given. Don't be fooled by the sales presentation when they want your money deposited. Know that communication is non existent and there is a double standard of treatment for men and women. I've requested funds be moved via message format but it was always my husband they called to see if that was "ok". As I got older I wanted to learn more to be able to handle my personal finances in case I was widowed. I requested statements be mailed to me also and a Ms R. told me ok but only if your address remains the same as your husband's and absolutely not to a P. O. Box. Exactly what gives a bank employee the belief that's ok? The Trust departments staff cost this bank to loose our accounts.
