This bank sucks. I have been trying to get my money out for awhile now and it seems like they do not want to give it to me well I have a lawyer now. If I do not get my money by the 1st on next week my lawyer will sue you.
All the people who work at the United Bank Woodburn branch are the most terrific people you will ever meet. Everyone greets you when you come in and handles all your transactions perfectly and pleasantly. If you ever have a problem, they are there for you. Real customer service. This is a great bank and branch to work with!
United Bank manager do not listen I told him that I didnt know if you give a company your information they can take out what they want I thought they could only get what I say.. But it dont work like that they can take what they want.. So I wanted to close the account and open a new one... But the bank manager began looking at my account which was none of his business... Telling me what I suppose to use my account for...SAD

I'm not a customer, but my brother is.. I've brought my brother through the drive-thru two or three times and the tellers were very nice, professional and courteous. Thank you.

Telephonic contact for an appointment was profesionally handled for information and I look foward to opening an account for my wire transfers of social security and my personal banking.
It's been a real "pain in the neck" They need to simplify the access to the accounts.

Stay away from United Bank....they prey on the weak and will milk you for every dime they can squeeze out. Just not ethical people.
