Over the years, the bank underwent several organizational changes, including a conversion to a stock savings bank on August 5, 2010. On April 30, 2016, United-American Savings Bank merged with The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, located in Emlenton, Pennsylvania. This merger was part of a series of consolidations in the banking sector. Most recently, on January 1, 2023, United-American Savings Bank merged again, this time becoming part of The Farmers National Bank of Canfield in Canfield, Ohio.
