Union Savings Bank was established on March 1, 1904, originally located in Loveland, Ohio. Throughout its history, the institution underwent several name changes and relocations. Notably, on October 31, 1985, it changed its organization type to a stock savings and loan. The bank adopted the name "Union Savings Bank" on both March 25, 2013, and again on April 8, 2016, during various rebranding efforts. In 2011, it transitioned to being regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). In terms of its physical location, the main office moved several times, including a relocation to East Kemper Road in Cincinnati, Ohio, on December 12, 1989.
