If it's not there, I leave…

Subject of ravings,
on the whole–succeeds!
Always losing name cards,
Made a special trip back, besides…!
A woman in there
with brown flowing hair
Responds well to hidden bards!
Two other tellers were there,
A new lobby but rather bare…
They ignored me
But only she
For me, a customer, cared!
So nice being greeted with a smile,
And a welcoming voice to the aisle…
Over toward her
In the left corner,
Very worth this customer's while!
Or maybe the three drew straws,
As to who next came in the doors…
i don't think so
This woman's glow,
Went beyond the doing of chores!

Very helpful for an old guy with a cane who had an account but just needed some quarters! :)
All staff friendly and very helpful---a very welcoming personal touch having a greeter like Nicole and having the special services of Linda to help my wife and I troubleshoot!
