Two River Community Bank

Two River Community Bank was established on February 28, 2000, in New Jersey, initially operating under its founding name. The bank expanded its presence in the region through strategic acquisitions, most notably when it acquired The Town Bank located in Westfield, New Jersey, on December 31, 2008. In a move to better serve its customers, the bank relocated its main office to 766 Shrewsbury Avenue in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, on July 15, 2019. However, on January 1, 2020, Two River Community Bank merged and became part of OceanFirst Bank, National Association, located in Toms River, New Jersey, marking the end of its independent operations.
