Twin Lakes Community Bank was established on December 2, 1930, originally named The Bank of Harrisburg, in Harrisburg, Arkansas. Over the decades, the bank experienced several significant changes, including a name change to The Bank of Harrisburg on June 30, 1975, as well as relocations of its main office within Harrisburg. On February 1, 2006, the institution was renamed Twin Lakes Community Bank, and its main office subsequently moved to Flippin, Arkansas. On November 15, 2010, the bank changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve and became a member of the Federal Reserve System. The bank continued to operate until March 6, 2017, when it merged with Anstaff Bank in Green Forest, Arkansas.
