★ Branch review: North Meridian Branch

I applied for a home equity loan in April. The appraisal was done in May. It is now September, and I have heard from no one. That is terrible customer service.

★ Branch review: Tylertown Main Branch

The guy that drills the safes was at the bank this week. I start fall virtual classes this coming week. This is the twice I called about the box. Am I joint owner or no?!! Is paperwork even still in the box? I bet not. It's too late now. My dad had that paperwork in that box for over 20 years and he retrieves it in the last month. It's almost like someone called him.
