Branch Reviews & Complaints
Would give no stars if they offered that as a ratings option.
I agree with Shelley Williams review, 100% . They use YOUR money to make money for themselves and while doing so? They nickel and dime you to death on their services. Now? They're shutting down the Townsend branch too. The only reason why I stayed after Truist took over was to continue support the girls working at this branch for so many years. BB &T never should have changed hands. Truist is driving all of BB&T's longterm customers away. I count myself amongst them.
This is the worst bank out there right now. Ridiculous, unintuitive policies that cost people lots of $$$$$$. As soon as my business with them is complete, I will sign up with someone else. This bank sucks!
