I never had any complaints about this Branch until today. The manager told me what I was thinking, told me what I heard, said that I was asking for another customer's account information, lied and said that she was there and overheard the entire conversation, (I called to be assured of the security of my account when overhearing a conversation a very loud conversation the week before and she was there, behind closed doors in her office on the other side of the bank,) she said all this very loudly and very rudely into the phone so that all the customers could hear so she could CYA. Shariz or Sharice was her name, supposedly the manager. Most unprofessional person ever, not to mention what happened the week before that had me concerned and calling. Moving all of my accounts.
