Worst branch ever!!!! A one star rating is actually too good for these incompetent employees who treated my 85 year old mother terribly when she came to obtain a money order drawn from her account in which she has mega money in. They held her up for 45 minutes demanding all forms of ID: including a credit card, which my mother doesn't use. Her MVA (MULTI FACTOR AUTHUNICATED) driver's license was sufficient for them and the fact that my mother has banked there for 45 or more years. They should be ashamed of themselves HARASSING a senior citizen based on their incompetent conduct, my mother has been upset about this encounter for days afterward. Who ever was involved should be SUSPENDED and FIRED! Shear INCOMPETENCY that was so unnecessary! All my mother was doing was getting a money order to pay property taxes... nothing suspicious or red flags should've been raised about that. I am encouraging my mother to bank with another bank after the way employees at this branch treated her!!!!
