Branch Reviews & Complaints
Didn't have a mask with me today, so went through ATM, withdrew $200, drove around to drive through teller and sent my debit card, ID, and the $200 through the pneumatic tube. Teller asks if I would like to apply the $180 to the card. I explained that I had just withdrawn $200, folded the stack and deposited what came out of the ATM. She said that I was welcome to count the deposit (on her side of the window). Relayed the story to my wife and she said that she had been through the same scenario with their drive through window - $20 short after my wife had counted the deposit 3 times prior to handing it over.
