Branch Reviews & Complaints
Zero Stars... Our neighborhood branch where my employer banks is terrible. The customer service is slow. There are never more than two people working. Then at lunch, they close the branch with a little printed sign "Sorry we are temporarily closed for lunch" with zero information other than to visit another branch. You could at least put the time you are coming back from lunch on your sign. So inconsiderate of customers time. What a waste. We sometimes have to make multiple trips in a day when they close the branch. Nobody has an hour or whatever, to sit and wait for the doors to open.
This bank has members of management that are corrupt and discriminatory. I have banked with BB&T for years and I am seeking legal advice to see just what needs to be done! I am very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
