I was a client for 15 years and one day during the COVID 19 and with my certification of the apointment at 10pm they told me we couldnt open the door for you because your certificacion is not truist but it was BBT Bank so they said to me that you can not come in into the branch. I call the police, the police came I called by phone to the branch and I told the assistant that I was there with the police, I pass my phone to the police to speak with the assistant and she said to the police that they coudent open the door to anyone even the police, the officer coudent understand the situation so we decided to open a case to sue the branch. My attorney sent two letters to Heatquoters and the branch and yesterday I received a letter from the BBT that the bank decided to closed the branch for ever.
