Branch Reviews & Complaints
I've used this bank at Courthouse since ~1974 with consistent satisfaction.. Truist's 2nd prior predecessor, The First Bank of VA, held the mortgage on our nearby home property starting in 1976 and consistently served our family's main banking needs (checking, some savings, line of credit), including the period after its acquisition by BB&T. The new Truist Bank management has been very good..no complaints, only praise. The staff are easily accessible and supportive, especially helpful to me after my wife died in 202.. She was our household's Chief Financial Officer, so to speak. I was adrift when she died. Truist officer, Andrea Stackpole, was so very helpful in assisting me in consultations to make sound decisions about managing income and disbursements within the account. Ms. Stackpole's replacement and the new branch manager, Eduardo Freitas, have continued to afford me the benefit of consultation and advice. I give Truist's Courthouse Branch high ratings for personal customer service and have recommended it to recent newcomers to our neighborhood. KUDOS!
