Tri-Valley Bank

Tri-Valley Bank was established on September 26, 2005, originally operating under that name. Over the years, the bank relocated its main office several times within the San Ramon, California area. On January 12, 2009, the main office moved to 2404 San Ramon Valley Boulevard, Suite 100, and later, on February 17, 2015, it relocated again to 3160 Crow Canyon Road, Suite 160, also in San Ramon, California. On April 7, 2018, Tri-Valley Bank merged with Heritage Bank of Commerce, based in San Jose, California, thereby ceasing its independent operations.
