Tri-State Bank of Memphis

Tri-State Bank of Memphis was established on December 16, 1946, originally bearing the same name. Over the years, it relocated its main office several times, including a move on January 15, 1968, to 213-217 South Main Street in Memphis, Tennessee. The bank underwent a name change on June 2, 1975, officially becoming known as Tri-State Bank of Memphis. On the same day, it moved its main office again, this time to 180 South Main Street at Beale in Memphis. Subsequently, on June 5, 2017, the bank relocated its main office to 4606 Elvis Presley Boulevard in Memphis. Tri-State Bank of Memphis operated until October 8, 2021, when it merged with Liberty Bank and Trust Company, based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
