Town Square Bank was established in 1889 under the name Home Federal Savings and Loan Association. Over its long history, the institution underwent several significant changes and acquisitions. However, on December 7, 2018, Town Square Bank merged and became part of City National Bank of West Virginia, based in Charleston, West Virginia.
