Town Bank is a financial institution established on July 23, 1998, originally named Delafield State Bank. The bank underwent a rebranding on June 27, 2003, adopting the name Town Bank. Over the years, it has expanded its operations through acquisitions, including Foundations Bank in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, on March 31, 2016, and Community Bank CBD in Delavan, Wisconsin, on January 17, 2015. In a significant regulatory change on October 1, 2019, Town Bank transitioned to a national banking charter under the name Town Bank, National Association, which also included a shift in its primary federal regulatory agency to The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. This change classified the bank as a national bank and a member of the Federal Reserve System. On May 22, 2007, the bank's main office moved to 850 West North Shore Drive in Hartland, Wisconsin.
