TomatoBank

TomatoBank was established on September 29, 2000, under the original name InterBusiness Bank, National Association. The institution underwent several significant changes over the years. On May 17, 2004, the main office was relocated to 1241 Grand Avenue, Suite K, Diamond Bar, California. Subsequently, on August 8, 2006, the bank changed its name to TomatoBank, National Association. On August 29, 2014, TomatoBank rebranded itself simply as TomatoBank and also adjusted its regulatory structure by changing its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve and its chartering agency to state authority, thereby becoming a state-chartered bank and a member of the Federal Reserve System. The main office was later moved again on December 1, 2007, to 1420 East Valley Boulevard, Alhambra, California. The bank's history concluded when it merged with Royal Business Bank in Los Angeles, California, on February 19, 2016.
