HHhhmmmnnn.... I guess I can only feel bad for folks(Customers) who do NOT have ability to access Bethel Station Timberland Branch. I can COFIDENTLY say IF they did they would find NOTHING to complain about. Any business that can tolerate, and put up with, my, at times, unfortunate foolishness deserves ALL the credit they can get!
My request MUST make these unfortunate folks role their eyes as far back as possible. I NEVER notice tho. They are VERY patient and so VERY kind and helpful. I sure would NOT wish to have to address my questions and/or concerns!
Wonder how anyone can be happy with a bank who has REAL ACTUAL LIVE people who are ALWAYS available if you are uncomfortable attempting to use Auto-Voice banking. I just often need a bit of handholding, I guess, and am damn glad when my Leukenia prevents me from getting out of bed, and the poison I must put into my body to survive often makes it difficult to fully understand exactly what I need to do, I can ALWAYS call and speak with a LIVE, patient, and kind REAL human to make SURE I am doing the correct thing and NOT something foolish that will cause me MORE problems down the road.
Think I will stick with a Bank that is FAR MORE interested in my financial wellbeing than some money hungry, fee hiding National Bank that could care less about MY often impossible needs.
Move to Spanaway folks. If not, give the (800)# a call. It has REAL, LIVE help ANYTIME you need.

Timberlank Bank was servicing a loan for a property my wife and I owned in Mason County, WA; on 3/30/2022 we received the payoff document because we wanted to sell the property, the payoff amount we received from Timberland Bank determined how much we would sell the property for.
We put our property up for sale and on July 14, 2022, we entered into escrow. The title company requested for the payoff information on two separate occasions, the most recent being 8/18/2022, a day before escrow closing.
It is now 8/24/2022 and Timberland Bank has not reconveyed the property. Instead, Timberland Bank contacted me via email stating their computer system did not generate the penalty for early payoff before they submitted the payoff documents to myself on 3/30/2022 and to the Escrow agent on two separate occasions during escrow. A prepayment penalty of $31,466.32 Timberland Bank wants us to pay after escrow closed on 8/19/2022 and that they are not going to reconvey the property until it has been paid, and that they are holding the payoff money they received from escrow.
I don't see how their system error is our problem nor how it is the problem of the buyers after escrow has been closed. Timberland Bank had plenty of time to figure their issue out and fix it. Now the title is being held hostage due to Timberland Bank's critical error. zero stars.
AGAIN! I'm getting overdrafts for a card that was cancelled by YOUR branch saying the accounts were compromised! I haven't used the card you're referencing to since it was cancelled LAST YEAR. I'm not paying your bank a god damn penny, and I WILL be switching my services over to a different bank immediately. If this does not get fixed, I will be suing.
I've signed multiple documents since starting my account and I STILL get overdrafted. I've specifically asked time and time again that if I don't have the money to NOT approve the payment. If this continues to happen, I will be going further up in management and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This is absolutely ridiculous!!
