The Tipton Latham Bank, National Association, is a financial institution located in Tipton, Missouri. It was established on December 29, 1906, under the original name of The Bank of Latham. The bank underwent a name change on March 25, 1982, becoming known as The Tipton Latham Bank. On July 1, 2000, the bank transitioned to a national bank and became a member of the Federal Reserve System. On the same day, it changed its primary federal regulatory agency to The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and adopted the designation of National Bank.
