The Necedah Bank was established on July 15, 1899, in Necedah, Wisconsin, originally under the name "The Necedah Bank." Over its operational history, the bank underwent several changes in its physical location, with the main office moving to a new site on Main Street in 1990 and then again to 212 Main Street, Necedah, Wisconsin, on August 1, 2005. On August 27, 2018, The Necedah Bank merged with and became part of the American Bank of Beaver Dam, located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. This merger marked the end of The Necedah Bank as an independent institution.
