Over the years, the bank underwent various changes, including the relocation of its main office to several locations in Naples, Texas. In a significant change in its corporate structure, The Morris County National Bank merged with The City National Bank of Sulphur Springs, Texas, on January 29, 2021, becoming a part of that institution.
