The Lorraine State Bank

The Lorraine State Bank was established in 1907 and operated as a financial institution in Lorraine, Kansas. Over the decades, the bank underwent several changes, including relocations of its main office. In 1986, the main office moved to Main Street in Lorraine, Kansas. This was followed by another relocation on March 31, 2006, when the bank's main office was moved to 233 Main Street, Lorraine, Kansas. After more than a century of service, The Lorraine State Bank merged with First Kansas Bank on March 15, 2021, becoming part of the latter's operations based in Hoisington, Kansas.
