On September 9, 2004, the main office was moved to 76 South Laura Street in Jacksonville, Florida, and later on October 12, 2004, it was further relocated to 100 North Laura Street in the same city. In a strategic move to expand its operations, The Jacksonville Bank acquired Oceanside Bank in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, on November 17, 2010. The bank ultimately merged with Ameris Bank on March 11, 2016, becoming part of the larger banking organization based in Moultrie, Georgia.
