Initially operating under its original name in Iuka, Illinois, the bank underwent several significant changes throughout its history. On June 26, 1978, the main office was relocated to Main Street in Iuka, Illinois. Subsequently, on July 18, 1994, the main office moved to 303 North Main in Iuka. After nearly two decades at that location, the bank again changed its location on September 19, 2016, relocating to 205 West Main Street in Salem, Illinois. On January 31, 2018, The Iuka State Bank altered its regulatory status by changing its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve System and became a state-chartered bank.
