The First State Bank of Red Wing is a financial institution established on October 14, 1915, originally named Farmers State Bank of Welch. On January 25, 1958, the bank changed its name to Farmers State Bank of Red Wing, coinciding with the relocation of its main office to 601 South Service Drive in Red Wing, Minnesota. The institution underwent another name change on March 8, 1966, to become The First State Bank of Red Wing.
