The First National Bank of Izard County is a financial institution located in Calico Rock, Arkansas. It was established on May 1, 1914, originally under the name State Bank of Calico Rock. Over the years, the bank underwent several name changes and relocations. In November 1982, it became known as First State Bank. Then, on December 1, 1986, the institution changed its name to First National Bank of Izard County and also became a member of the Federal Reserve System, while changing its chartering agency to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. The bank's main office has moved multiple times; it was relocated to South And Aiken Streets in October 1970, to South And Rodman Streets in December 1986, to State Highway 56 East in March 1991, and finally to its current location at 2005 Highway 56 on March 31, 2006.
