First thing they need to update the website because the Long Beach branch does not have lobby service it is only drive through.
Secondley I have been a loyal customer for 12 years and think it is rediculous to go to the drive through and ask to get ten and five dollar bills for change from 20 dollar bills and first thing being asked if you have an account and then ask for identification. This is just for change from cash that just csme out of their ATM I would hate to see what they would ask for if I needed anything else.
They have been the best for business and personal accounts. Best Manager I have ever worked with.
I have been a customer of this Bank for long many years even back in the last century. I enjoy the Mahan branch. Service is always Friendly, efficient and accurate. These folks make me feel like family. Thank you Patty for your generous smiles and help.
No matter what, when you go into this Mandeville branch they will always give you a hard time. From second guessing your long term employees cashing checks and giving them a hard time to making a deposit with multiple checks. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Covington or Hammond branch.
Worst bank in the world!!! Service sucks. Hours suck. Bank sucks...

This is a great bank. They are always helpful, and I have never been disappointed in the services they provide. I have had a checking account with The First Bank for over 30 years.
I don't know who this Jasmine lady is that work at this bank. But she is very rude and very unprofessional! She ordered DoorDash. On the app it ask you if you would like your order left at the door, or hand it to you. She put leave it at the door. Mind you she work at a bank. So I set the food at the door to take the picture. And then I was gonna walk the food inside and leave it at the front desk. In the process of me taking the picture. She walks out mad as a bull. Asking why I'm putting her food on the ground. And I'm explaining to her that I'm just taking the picture that I was going to bring it inside to her. So I am handing her the food. She snatches it out of my hand. What the hell you Snatch the food for.? She walk into the bank and stick her middle finger up at me. She talking about other people bring it in. Yes, and I was going to do the same before she started acting like a bull and ready to charge!
For some unknown reason my bank is kicking me out! Please help with this issue.

The people have always very nice no complaints. They have had the time and patience of Job in the Bible. No complaints. I have tried Denise several times , not meaning to just not understanding. Thanks all of you for a job well done from what I see.
I have been dealing with the Plattenville bank since its birth as Bayoulands bank. I have had all positive experiences in my dealings with Bayoulands, Iberville Bank, and The First, in totality the positive experience has been the result of having knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly staff in every position dealing daily with the citizens of the community.
Please do not bank at this branch. Office management does not answer or return calls and refuses to accept culpability for its errors. This branch is my opinion discriminates against its members. If you bank there, leave there.
I hate this bank. I hate going on line and looking up The First as I alway get another bank without a problem plus when I do find the website for The First Bank what do I get? I get this all the information I need for the entire banking system but I can't get on my Park Avenue branch office despite the fact I click and click and click away I just go around in circles. Plus, I hate all the additional charges imposed by this back since it was taken over. I liked the old bank better and the one before that even better all the way back to when it was a Credit Union. However, I have put up with it as I only need to go on line to check my accounts once our twice a month and once or twice a month I curse everyone associted with this so called bank. Nothing is easy dealing with this institution.
